Check out her awesome photos and report from the evening! We need to have more events like this in Los Angeles! Grrr… 😉

The day following the NYFCC awards was another awards show, this time the National Board of Review Awards!Â
The guest list was full of the 2012 film bests. I had to go pick up photos so I was running later than I wanted to be. The arrivals were scheduled for around 630; I had wanted to get there around 2 but didn’t until 3:30/4. There were already a ton of people there. I somehow managed to squeeze in towards the front, on the side. We wait…and wait…and wait. FINALLY, people start coming in.
John Goodman, I couldn’t get my Argo poster out.
Bradley Cooper! He signed my Hollywood Reporter and stopped for a photo!
Jessica Chastain! She brought her own pen. She’s so amazing.
Daniel Craig. <3 my favourite.
Ben Affleck!!! He signed my director’s edition THR!
A few others stopped but I didn’t get them:
Tom Holland – He signed quite a bit but our whole front section missed him, though he promised he’d come back out later to finish.
Anne Hathaway. Le sigh. She stopped signing right at the person two over from me. (Thankfully. LOL.)
Famke Janssen. She’s becoming my female unicorn (Nathan Fillion is my male unicorn). This night is the sixth/seventh(ish) time I’ve not gotten her even though she’s stopped.
I’m sure others stopped but I’ve forgotten now. Haha! Either way, I didn’t get them. John Krasinski, Emily Blunt, Kathryn Bigelow, Jason Clarke, Vanessa Redgrave, and a few others didn’t stop.
We waited for the ceremony to end. We’re all pretty frozen by that time.
I notice that Rachel Weisz, who was doing a Q&A in Brooklyn that evening, arrive about halfway through. I seem to be the only one who noticed her and I stay quiet knowing she probably wouldn’t stop anyway.
People started leaving:
Josh Brolin, James Gandolfini and Famke Janssen all stopped but I missed them.
Tom Holland came out and, as promised, stopped to sign for us! I managed to get a photo too, though I cut about half of my face out of the pic. HA! He’s incredible in The Impossible. Watch it.
Quvanzhane Wallis also stopped and was happy to sign! She’s so adorable and fantastic in Beasts of Southern Wild! I got a photo with her too! I’m so excited that she’s up for Best Actress at the Academy Awards.
Amanda Seyfried signed too! I got her on a photo of us (I brightened it to show the autograph since she signed blue on blue).
Thrilled with who I got that night; Success!
Don’t forget to follow me on twitter, @Corellianjedi2!!!
Multiple Hugh Jackman photos? You seem like a nice girl, Elisa, but I’m starting to strongly dislike you.
Just kidding – good for you!!!
