Elephant Man Stage Mananger is sending out 30.00 donation request for a cast signed PB…via Broadway Cares…I sent a 10.00 donation..have HEARD NOTHING…no returned check either…I replied to the manager and said a donation is something a person is willing to give…a requested amount for a donation is a fee…to different concepts. I also let them know that on their Broadway Cares website…there is a box for whatever donation you care to send…so…my donation of 10.00 for a signed Elephant PB is what I expect to have. I guess folks that donate and expect an authentic signed cast PB…and get secretarials..that is poor business..borderline fraud. Then they should stop asking for fee donations of 30.00 or donations all together. Puts a damper on a worthy cause. My opinion of course.
