Brooks is hit and miss we tried last year and got a pre print. Tried again at that address this year and got our Spaceballs Bluray cover actually signed so it is possible to get him.
i sent that report in. i find other copies exactly like mine and the one i got is definitely not real. i found a fanmail.biz post from last year that says when he is not around they send everything back with pre-prints, that supports your hit or miss assessment. based on this, i think i’ll give it a couple months and go again.
FYI – I also recently got a pre-print from Peter Capaldi. At least he sent back my IRC.
