For those of you who missed the show, go and watch it. Really. To say this is a landmark show is to state the obvious. TV Peaks upped the TV game in terms of cinematic filming, mysteries, water cooler talk and everything. Twin Peaks was about the murder of the seemingly perfect homecoming queen, Laura Palmer (Sheryl Lee) in a picturesque small town filled with all sorts of characters.

The first season is pure TV joy in all its twisted, quirky glory. Funny, scary, surprising, moving, twisting, yeah, that’s the good stuff!

The second season got a bit messy when ABC demanded that the show had to resolve Laura’s murder. The show ended with a really twisty ending to the second season which left tons of unresolved story lines. It’s going to be fascinating to see where the show goes and if it can recapture its unique charm.
