Box Office Breakdown! Ninja Turtles Slashes Their Way To #1! Guardians Drops To #2! Step Up Stumbles!
I am saddened, shocked, and confused by this week’s box office numbers. Not only did Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles have an impressive $65 million opening, they also knocked Guardian of the Galaxy out of the top spot!
Guardians of the Galaxy came in at number two with $41.5 million, dropping 56% from last week’s stellar performance.
Into the Storm swept up the number three spot, opening with $18 million.
The Hundred-Foot Journey served up $11.1 million at number four.
Lucy powered down to number five with $9.3 million.
Step Up All In had two left feet, opening at number six with just $6.5 million. Someone put this franchise out of its misery.
Hercules was weak at number seven with just $5.7 million. The $100 million epic has earned just $63 million domestically.
Get On Up hit a sour note and fell to number eight with $5 million. James Brown would not “feel good” about that.
Dawn of the Planet of the Apes gathered another $4.4 million at number nine.
Rounding out the top ten was Planes: Fire & Rescue with $2.4 million.

Next week, the geriatric action stars of Expendables 3 take on the idiotic comedy Let’s Be Cops as well as the latest hit teen novel adapted for film, The Giver. I’ll go out on a limb and say Let’s Be Cops will pull out the win. Tune in to see if I’m right.

I think Teenage Mutant Ninja Transformers was expected to take the top spot this weekend.
Man that Pratt is one hottie. Didn’t Megan Foxxy, but Guardians was the shizzzz.
Oh Susan,
Where do we go, and where do we wander when in a dusty haze of disbelief and fluffy turbs. Now, in the lands that we sew and reap are longing for our adventure and fortitude. Only Suddenly Susan shall protect the innocent and the small bears that nibble at our toes and go, “floo, floop, and hopscotch.” That’s the rub.
Now Susan, I understand we are all damaged people. We are all hurt and sad but our hearts are full and we shall continue to crawl to the finish line of life. My new man is not really a full man but I enjoy his member nonetheless. His heart is large and beats with the blood of an innocent. Oh…
Why Susan is life so hard. How I wish I could gaze upon your bright face and drink in your essence to get me through the day. For now, I must say… Only you have the heart and soul of the lion that we all need to keep pouncing on. Henry is a wondrous creature and I feel like I have truly found happiness. I just fear now Susan that he will leave me for some horrible trollop that roams the village. I’ll say her name. Ingot. He’s a she but is in love with Henry and even though Henry say’s he doesn’t like boys who dress as girls I think I saw him licking his lips once and that scare me a little.
What do you do Susan, how you handle all the men in your life. I know you have your pick, they line up to woo you and partake in your adventures. Just enough to rub your head and pat your tummy. If I could have that, I wouldn’t live in a dusty village full of ginger snaps. I wish I was back in the big city with Henry. If only I wouldn’t have pleasured the many many many many men and young boys who were in my work home.
I did talk to one of the young turks who I used to pleasure and he said life is less sticky without me. Oh yes, I can say that’s a truthful statement. The office is closing and apparently they are now going to make whoopie cushions for comical use. Oh the hilarity I could have. Henry and I could play with them for ages and laugh like young schoolgirls about to get their Aunt Nooks.
Suddenly Susan you are the one I rely on to navigate the world. Henry is a lovely young man, but Susan when I pleasure him he doesn’t get super, how should say, rock like to insert in me. It’s like a spongy noodle. Oh… What shall I do Susan, is there a rub I should use? Is it because I only dance for you? I can dance for Henry if that would help.
Will it help, oh Susan.
And I must mention I have seen the quest recaps, I know it wasn’t what you wanted, I can tell the bohunk (who I bet is rock solid) was not in the mood I wanted. I failed, and Henry is mad at me for it.
My bad cough is back, and I lost my kitten snowflake melting on a rock, yes that’s her full name, for short I call her Kitten Snowflake melting on a stone.
