I Dare To Stupid After Meeting “Weird Al” Yankovic and Scotty Gets Busy With Busy Phillips! Autographs! Freezing Cold and More!

It’s a cold and blustery day.

Okay, a little more than blustery. It’s frakkin freezing, like so damn cold it’s hard to be outside. That cold.

And yet, I convinced Scotty to come with me to this random benefit event to try and meet a few people.

Scotty is getting Busy with Busy Phillips, I mean I had to say that, it sort of writes itself. Scotty needed her on his White Chicks poster.

I brought my UHF poster for Weird Al Yankovic as well as a Good Place poster for D’Arcy Carden and I really need Ed Begley Jr. on my Transylvania 6-5000 counter stand and poster. Words I know everyone in the world have typed at least once in their life. #sarcasm

So, here we are. We’re sitting in Scotty’s car and are debating about making a fire to keep warm.

That’s how damn cold it is.

We’re waiting and waiting and we really don’t see anyone. Which is kind of shocking considering the show is going to start soon.

I mean we got here fairly early and there’s no one arriving from the show.

Then we spotted “Weird Al” Yankovic, he was very nice and signed my UHF poster even though you can tell he was freezing his ass off.

And then we heard that Ed Begley went in the front. Dang it.

Finally, Scotty spotted Busy Phillips and got his poster signed.

She is always super nice.

So, we got one person each which is at least something. Sigh…
