Wondercon Day 2! Bill Paxton! Dragons: Defenders Of Berk! Jay Baruchel! Godzilla! And More!
Wondercon day 2, let me tell you, this is going to be a nutty day. I have so much lined up there are some spots where I have 15 minutes to run place to place. Sigh..
First up… the wristband drawings. Wondercon doesn’t have the full casts of movies or television shows generally, but there are sill some good signings to check out. I talked to Susan and she went for The 100, which is doing a cast signing. I chose Godzilla which has the director and writer. The poster is exclusive to the con.
I was able to get not only Godzilla, but also the Edge of Tomorrow signing with Bill Paxton and The 100 as well.
I had to run right to Godzilla as it started in 10 minutes. No rest for the Fanboys out there.
Sadly, we could not take photos, but the writer and director were both really cool. And the poster is awesome!
Then, I went right back to the same room because Edge of Tomorrow was right behind it.
I was there with Jim who also got the same signing and we were in the front so we zipped on through.
Bill Paxton was super nice, they had these nice mini posters for Edge of Tomorrow. He was signing them either “Game Over Man” or “Hail Hydra.” LOL.. I told Bill how much I enjoyed Big Love and he said, “They kinda messed up the finale!” lol.
then I ran down to see Suddenly Susan to try and get some food, but sadly, there was no time for food.
I had a press conference for a new TNT show called “Legends” I’m really excited about it, and I’ll have more with the cast coming up.
Then I ran down to the FOX booth for the Dragons: Defenders of Berk signing. I literally got to the booth and who was in front of me in line, Suddenly Susan and Jim! Couldn’t have planned that better.
Jim was prepping his 8×12 photos for Dragons star Jay Baruchel. He just had to have that 8×12. LOL… The funny thing was, even though we had tickets to the signing, we were in the standby line! Doh!
We were quickly brought to the front and Jay Baruchel was super chill. He was happy to do photos with Susan and Jim and signed Jim’s precious 8×12 photo.
The Fox booth had everything down to a science with their signings and once again. They always try and get as many fans though the line as they can.
After that I had to run back upstairs to interview the cast of Bob’s Burgers. Such a hilarious cast, and I’ll have that up this weekend.
Susan and I ran around for a hot second looking for that elusive Jax Pop Vinyl, but I had to cut it short because I had another interview, this time with another TNT series, “The Last Ship.” I’ll have more on that one later on as well.
And then… I went down for one more lap around the convention floor. Susan and I said goodbye to our friend at the FOX booth and we headed out.
Oh… and yes, I did find that Jax Pop vinyl! Woo Hoo!
And so ends another Wondercon!
We’re going to have more cast interviews coming up, so keep an eye out for those.
Until next time kids…

Starting this website has been a labor of love. I love sharing my fandom experiences but more than that I love hearing everyone else’s stories. I love hearing about conventions, movie locations, meet celebrities good and bad, I love it all. I sincerely hope you enjoy my exploits, the adventures of everyone who submits an article, and all the members of the Fanboy Family! Without everyone who writes and reads MTF there wouldn’t be a site. This is truly for the fans, by the fans!
