Wanderlust Movie Premiere! With Jennifer Aniston! Paul Rudd! Justin Theroux! Malin Akerman! Ray Liotta! and More! Autographs!

I’m heading out today for the Wanderlust premiere. It stars the illusive Jennifer Aniston and Mr. Paul Rudd. Now I probably normally wouldn’t have gone if not for the amazing new GQ magazine cover the two are on. It’s awesome. I love it.

Scotty is here, as well as CB who saved me a spot (see, I do point that out). Apparently, there was some bit of a scuffle with spots on the barricade earlier, police were called, such drama… Sigh…

5:00 p.m. – I just arrived; I see a bunch of people, including John and DVD Dave. This should be a fairly fun day as the drop off is close and it’s not a super full crowd.

5:11 p.m. – Pinky is at another event that had a really good list. I chose to do the premiere because I figured it was more of a sure thing. A lot of times a list can look good but be crap.

5:32 p.m. – CB actually printed a super grainy Wanderlust poster… It looks like… well, it looks horrible. He’s probably still going to get it signed though… sigh…

5:39 p.m. – Scotty has an original The Object of My Affection laser disc for both Jennifer and Paul… I have the aforementioned GQ Magazine, A Watchmen mini poster, a Watchmen picture disc, and a proposal mini poster for Malin Akerman, and my Romy and Michele laser disc for Justin Theroux.

5:42 p.m. – I have a couple other magazines for Jennifer Aniston and Paul Rudd, but I’m probably only going to get one. That’s how it usually goes. Scotty also has Erica’s Friends DVD booklet.

6:03 p.m. – CB picked a pretty decent spot, so you know… hopefully it will all work out…

6:21 p.m. – It’s a beautiful night, thankfully, and everyone around us is pretty cool… Until all the dealers show up last minute and push and shove, lol…

6:34 p.m. – Okay, carpet time… And nothing yet… lol…

6:38 p.m. – Oh an arrival… It’s Lake Bell… She jumps on the carpet super fast. I didn’t even expect her.

6:42 p.m. – Wow, a giant party bus is dropping a bunch of people off… lol….

6:43 p.m. – Kerri Kenney arrived. She said that she would sign after. Then they rush her on the carpet.

6:46 p.m. – Oh, there’s Justin Theroux… We are all yelling for him, he’s talking to some people on the carpet before coming over.

6:47 p.m. – And there’s Malin Akerman. CB is going nuts. She is very nice and comes right over.

Scotty has my Watchmen mini poster out because he doesn’t have anything for her.

6:48 p.m. – Malin comes on over, signs the Watchmen mini poster for Scotty,

and then signs my Proposal mini poster.

I have my picture disc out as well, and ask Malin to sign that, she says that she has never even seen it before. Crazy!

6:49 p.m. – Oh crap Justin Theroux is crossing now… Lord…

Malin is signing a little further down as Justin signs for us.

He takes a photo with Scotty and then I asked him to sign my Romy and Michele laser disc.

He’s like “wow!” lol… He probably doesn’t get that very much.

He’s super nice and as he signs for me Malin crosses back behind him. Crazy!

6:51 p.m. – Justin heads back just as Jennifer Aniston pulls up in her car! I have to resituate! Crap!

6:52 p.m. – Jennifer starts on one end and is moving super fast.

I have my GQ magazine out but we are getting slammed from behind… CB is moving his arms up with is screwing with my board.

Jennifer is almost at us, and it’s mass panic. CB gets his photo and Scotty gets his laser disc signed but I got skipped!

I asked Jennifer to please sign my magazine, I was like, I got skipped. And here’s where I give Jennifer Aniston props. She looked up at me, and came back to sign my magazine. Granted it was only a couple steps, but that was really cool of her to do. I really appreciated that. So, I have to give it up to her for that!

6:53 p.m. – She went down a little farther and was done, she crossed back just as Paul Rudd pulls up. Oh Lord!

6:54 p.m. – Paul goes down to the end of the barricade and signs for everyone.

His people say one each, and even thought I have a couple, I’m not going to push it. It’s a lot calmer for Paul than it was for Jennifer, lol…

6:55 p.m. – Paul is over by us now. He signs my GQ magazine and then Scotty’s laserdisc.

I will say he’s taking his time, and watching where to sign which I appreciate!

6:57 p.m. – Wow, Paul is literally doing the full line, that’s pretty cool.

I’ve gotten Paul to sign on a couple occasions and he’s always been pretty cool.

7:05 p.m. – Ken Marino from Party Down and Veronica Mars is here. Every time I see someone from Veronica Mars I have to tell them how much I love the show. It’s just important to note. Lol… I don’t have anything for Ken, but he signs for whoever is asking.

7:09 p.m. – Okay, this is random Ray Liotta is here and is signing down the line for people! I don’t have anything for him, but that’s pretty cool of him. He’s not doing photos though.

7:11 p.m. – And there’s Kerri Kenney coming back to sign like she promised. She was in Role Models, Reno 911 and more. Super nice!

This was a pretty decent event. I hate it when things get crazy like this but you know, overall it was pretty fun, and my magazine looks awesome! I’m pretty happy!
