I’m not even sure if this is possible, but can someone type out the Bewitched Theme song… Bum – bump bump – Bum Bum Bum badum I dunno… I have to try right? Actually that’s called “Pulling a Pinky.” Saying something like “I’m not going to quote you to you, that would be ridiculous!” and then going ahead and doing the thing that you just said was ridiculous. Ah good times…
The wonderful Ms. Pinky literally ran into one of the stars of Bewitched none other than Erin Murphy who played Tabitha. God, I loved that show. I even wrote Elizabeth Montgomery a fan letter as a wee youngster. God bless Nick at Nite!
Anyway, check out the Pinkster’s recap after the jump!
Hello, my lovelies. Pinky Lovejoy here excited to tell you about a very welcome surprise last week. You see, I’d attended a TV Land event in the hopes of meeting a few of the stars of the recent sitcoms on the air, when a beautiful woman passed us by. Luckily another collector recognized her and we were able to meet her. Who was this surprise person, you ask? None other than Erin Murphy who played the adorable Tabitha on the beloved show Bewitched.
Growing up, Bewitched was one of my favorite shows. Who wouldn’t want to be able to wrinkle their nose and create their own magic? The fact that Tabitha inherited her mother’s magical ability on the show was nothing short of, well, magic (sorry – couldn’t resist).
Each week they kept us guessing with their use of magic to get out of a myriad of jams and I couldn’t get enough.
I love this picture of Erin Murphy (Tabitha) with Susan Olsen (Cindy Brady) – um, hello. Head exploding with retrospective cuteness!
Seriously, Erin could not have been nicer. She was really cool and so gorgeous! Obviously they used some sort of magic on her to help keep her looking so young (again, sorry, but it had to be said!).
