ID4 News! Now Will Smith Might Be Back For The Sequel? Wha? Today We Celebrate Our Independence Day!
Apparently a couple flop films can either mend fences or make people rethink their positions on things!
Will Smith had a super bomb with After Earth and director Roland Emmerich flopped with White House Down… So… Now it looks like Will Smith is interested in coming back for ID4!
Roland Emmerich said this…
“I sometimes say no, Will Smith will not be in it because he didn’t want to do it at first. Now we have a meeting planned, we want to talk about it again. Anything can happen!”
It looks like the Independence Day sequel will hit theaters in either 2015 or 2016!
Bill Pullman and Jeff Goldblum are said to be returning.
