Throwback Thurs! Jeff Bridges And Lauren Cohan Goodness! Both Stars Are Awesome To Fans! Autographs! Photos!
It’s Throwback Thurs, and with Jeff Bridges new movie coming out I figured a Big Lebowski flashback would be right on target!
Hell or High Water comes out next week and it’s getting rave reviews!
I’m a huge Jeff Bridges fan, between Tron, The Big Lebowski, Starman, True Grit and all his other iconic films, it’s impossible not to be right?
Check out this Throwback Thurs below!
OMG, what a night.
I headed out for the long night’s wait. Now, both Jeff Bridges, who I love, and Lauren Cohan were doing a talk show taping. I love the Walking Dead and Lauren is the hardest to get among the cast.
I honestly, don’t know how today will turn out, but when I arrive there are already 25 people here lined up. Then the security decide to put up barricades straight across and out nice organized line turns to chaos.
Then, everyone decides to head to the other side and I end up behind OTG John. Chris is here as well, and I decide to try my luck at the fence. It’s just less chaotic.
Apparently Jeff Bridges is the musical guest and that means he’s been inside for a while now.
Lauren Cohan arrives and she waves and pops inside.
And now… we wait.
I brought my Walking Dead cast poster from the premiere and a mini poster from the Terminus series for Lauren.
For Jeff I have my True Grit promo wooden box that holds a flask, a Starman mini poster and original oversized VHS standee and a True Grit mini poster. The thing is, I need silver of most of my stuff. Ugh…
hanging with Chris, the conversation turned to the most interesting of subjects. Nothing fit to print or even type.
The time did pass fairly quickly which is always nice.
Then Lauren Cohan is finished and is leaving. We yell and shockingly, she comes right on over.
I’m shocked to report that she signs for the full line and was very nice. She signs my individual poster and my cast poster as well.
It was fast but she signed really nice.
I’m really happy. There are a lot of people here now and I’m not sure Jeff Bridges will come over so at least I’m not going home empty handed.
Time is ticking by but it’s getting later and colder.
Since Jeff is the musical guest he’s taking longer then usual to leave and then we speculate that he might leave out of the front.
Then… his car pulls up to the door. Not a good sign. Doh.
Just when all hope looked lost, Jeff Bridges walks on over in typical dude fashion. He is so chill and really takes his time. He starts on the fence and signs for everyone.
I thought I heard Jeff say he was going to keep the black pen and sign with that, so I had him sign the promo True Grit box.
But then I asked him if he wouldn’t mind switching to the silver for the Starman standee.
He signed it so nice! More than stoked.
And then Jeff went down the full line, he must have spent a good 10 minutes with everyone. Usually, people spend less than 30 seconds.
Such a nice guy!
So happy.
Until next time kids…
