New Amazing Spider-Man Spin-Off Films In The Works! Spidey 3! Venom! The Sinister Six! And More!

I guess you can’t just have sequels anymore right? Sony pictures announced that they are developing several spin off projects from the Spider-Man franchise.

Kristen Dunst will be getting her own film. Okay, I’m kidding…

But there are several movies in development, including The Amazing Spider-Man 3 which will be written by Alex Kurtzman, Roberto Orci, and Jeff Pinkner. For a release date of June 10, 2016.

Then a new film titled Venom which Alex Kurtzman is planning on directing and finally The Sinister Six which will both focus on the villains of the franchise.

Whew…

That is a lot of Spider-Man! I’m sensing some super-hero overload in the next few years. Sigh…
