I think out of every movie coming out this year, I’m most excited for Star Trek: Into Darkness! I mean hot damn… It just looks so good! J.J. Abrams did such a great job with the first movie that I think the second one is going to be simply amazing!
One of the big showpieces in the film features the beloved USS Enterprise rising out of a lake of water on an alien planet. I’m not sure how technology works in the future but that seems sort of unlikely.
In the new teaser poster the Enterprise is half submerged but rising like the mighty Phoenix out of the flames.
