I have to tell ya, I’ve been in a Tom Hardy mood. I love the guy, he’s just awesome.
At the Mad Max premiere, Tom Hardy was so cool to all the waiting fans, he literally went down the line meeting fans and taking photos. It was more than awesome!
Check out this weeks Throwback Thurs!
Okay, before I hear all the… “You know how horrible Charlize Theron is” lines, I didn’t go out for Charlize Theron.
With that out of the way, It’s time for the Mad Max premiere!
It’s been nice that premiere’s haven’t been total shit shows lately, I didn’t get to the Mad Max premiere until after 4. Which was nice.
I got to see Colin and Chris and honestly, the reason I wanted to head down, was because I love me some Tom Hardy. Love him! Warrior was one of the best movies I’ve ever seen and Tom Hardy was amazing in it.
I figured why not try right.
It was nice to see Colin and John! Basically, we just hung out.
Time was ticking down and finally we had an arrival!
Courtney Eaton was here. She looked like she didn’t know what to do, but then came on over and was very nice. She signed and I had my Mad Max mini poster that I got at San Diego Comic Con last year. Yep, the signing that was just the director. lol.
Then… Tom Hardy!
He arrived and talked with his security and walked all the way down the street to Orange. He was going to sign for the entire line. He literally went one by one down the entire barricade. WOW!
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley arrived and looked over and sort of scowled at the crowd. Okay honey. Calm down. You attacked Shia LaBeouf with your tongue in Transformers, your career is not at an all time high.
Then Riley Keough arrived and ran in to the carpet.
Tom Hardy was making his way down to me now. He literally was super cool and signed a few things for me. He also did photos with everyone who asked. He wasn’t talkative. But he was very cordial and I was super happy to have shown up.
Then Charlize Theron showed up. Shockingly she walked over and signed a few autographs, and then started to bounce around. She breezed right past me like she was in a Maybeline commercial. She did a few selfies down the other side of the line and then bounced back like a ping pong ball.
I think she made it down to the end of the line faster than I could even run to the end of the line.
Still she did come over right?
Zoë Kravitz is here with Jason Momoa. Zoë Kravitz ran over and I had her sign my Mad Max mini poster.
Jason Momoa ran over and signed a few and then said, I gotta go, my wife is yelling at me. LOL.
Still no Nicholas Hoult.
And then… Mel Gibson showed up. WTF!
And holy shit, Mel Gibson is crossing the street. I didn’t even think to bring anything. Ugh.
Mel Gibson signed pieces of paper, but he wouldn’t sign the new Mad Max stuff. Probably cause he isn’t in it, but still it’s Mad Max! Doh!
Finally, Abbey Lee ran on over. She was very tall and beautiful.
Very nice, she signed my Mad Max poster as well.
Nicholas Hoult arrived and ran to the carpet, he was super late.
And that, as we say… Is that!
It’s a pretty successful night.
Until next time kids…
