Lisa Kudrow, you all of you know as Phoebe Buffay from Friends, and who I am a huge fan of, has a new series on Showtime called Web Therapy!
It’s about a therapist with no patience. Tired of hearing about people’s dreams and feelings for fifty long minutes at a stretch, she devises a new kind of treatment, the three-minute video chat. And still, the sessions end up being largely about her. Emmy Award(r) winner Lisa Kudrow co-created, produces and stars in this outrageous therapeutic send-up. Originally produced as a series of webisodes, WEB THERAPY features a unique visual format and an A-list guest cast who, along with Kudrow, improvises their performances with hilarious results.
Thanks to the fine folks at Showtime, they have given us a link so that you can view the first episode right here! It’s only open from July 19th through August 2nd so make sure you take a look.
This is the same network that brought you Weeds, Nurse Jackie, Dexter, Tara and more! It has to be good!
In the Season 1 premiere, advice guru Fiona Wallace develops a new brand of three-minute therapy for the Internet and takes on a client whose unique problem could help her promote her services.
Starting this website has been a labor of love. I love sharing my fandom experiences but more than that I love hearing everyone else’s stories. I love hearing about conventions, movie locations, meet celebrities good and bad, I love it all.
I sincerely hope you enjoy my exploits, the adventures of everyone who submits an article, and all the members of the Fanboy Family!
Without everyone who writes and reads MTF there wouldn’t be a site. This is truly for the fans, by the fans!
