Hello, my lovelies. Pinky Lovejoy bursting to tell you something so exciting, so unbelievable, so amazing, that I feel like I’m living in some sort of live-action romantic comedy.

Mikey asked me the other day if he’d be able to “spill the beans” and I said absolutely….so here we go. Mikey….take it away…..

This is a day of firsts here at Mike The Fanboy.

The First, first is that I’ve let someone else do my customary intro. Crazy times I know! But this is an event that is deserving of something so shocking!

Now, it’s no secret that I love our dear sweet Pink-ster. Love her!

I first met Pinky years ago at the cold barricade we all know too well.

I’m so happy that we’ve become friends over the years. She’s just the right amount of crazy and adorable! Just like me. LOL…

And today, I wanted to do a post to congratulate my friend, my co-writer, my fangirl at arms on her impending nuptials!

WHAT! Wait… Pinky’s…. Engaged!

That’s right! And who is deserving of such an honor! None other than Mr. Keith Coogan! Yep, Brad Anderson himself! Star of Adventures in Babysitting, Don’t Tell Mom The Babysitter’s Dead (Hmmm a babysitting theme), Toy Soldiers, Book of Love and tons more!

I’ve met Keith a couple times now and he’s an awesome guy and seriously you can’t pry the two of them apart. They are so cute!

Pinky and Keith met (and Pinky can correct my details, like she corrects my spelling) at one of the collector shows here in Los Angeles. Pinky interviewed Keith for MTF and I think it was quite literally love at first sight. You could just see the sparks fly.

So, from the deepest recesses of my heart, Keith and Pinky I hope you guys have the best most wonderful insane life ever! I wish nothing but the best, seriously, I couldn’t be more excited and happier for the two of you.

And…

If there’s a tall Canadian carrying an Adventures in Babysitting mobile, original counter standee and mini poster to the wedding… Well… That just goes with the Fanboy territory! (seriously, this may actually happen)
